New application potential for resveratrol

Evolva presented several new concepts utilizing resveratrol. “One of things that we are highlighting is that resveratrol pairs very well with chocolate. When you think about the market for women in particular, being able to get your daily serving of resveratrol in this form could be a great new idea. The other product that we are highlighting is melt in the mouth lemon sticks, which is a very refreshing product that you can simply tear open and pour into your mouth. We are also highlighting a cold water dispersible product based on Resveratrol CWD 90, which disperses and goes into the solution very quickly. It is about going beyond the tablets and capsules,” says Sally Aaron at the company.
