FiE 2024: Bart unveils liposomal hydrolyzed fish collagen with improved bioavailability

Zaneta Adamczyk, head of Bart’s Export Department, presented the company’s latest innovation, Liposovit Collagen, at Food Ingredients Europe (FiE) 2024. This liposomal hydrolyzed fish collagen type I offers improved bioavailability and better absorption and is available with lychee and salted caramel flavors. Adamczyk also detailed the company’s research supporting the efficacy of its liposomal iron offering.
