28 Jan 2016 --- New Spanish research published in the British Journal of Nutrition has shown that the more consumers spend on food the better quality their diet, leading to a healthier weight and decreased risk of obesity related diseases. Researchers at the Hospital del Mar Medical Research Institute (IMIM) monitored a group of 2181 Spanish men and women aged 25 to 74, all part of the REGICOR (Registre Gironí del Cor) program, for a period of ten years.
