13 Apr 2023 --- Artificial intelligence (AI) and data science are being leveraged to create plant-based cheeses that are nutritious, affordable and indistinguishable from their dairy counterparts, with a low carbon footprint. The Bel Group acquired an equity stake in biotech start-up Climax Foods Inc. and aims to use the AI platform to develop plant-based alternatives to Bel’s brands.
