OmniActive Health Technologies (OmniActive) announced the acquisition of India-based Enovate Biolife (Enovate) to strengthen its position in innovative, clinically proven health ingredients for consumer products. Enovate was established in 2009 to focus on developing proprietary, clinically studied botanical ingredients for various health benefits, including sports and active nutrition, joint and lower back support, men’s health and heart health. The company is also developing products for muscle and digestive health.
