05 Apr 2022 --- IFF has completed its acquisition of Health Wright Products, a move set to bring formulation and finished format capabilities to IFF’s Health & Biosciences probiotics.The acquisition will allow for innovation in custom formulation and combination products through joint capabilities. It will contribute to IFF Health & Biosciences natural extracts and botanical business.“Producing thousands of unique and complex formulations for the industry’s most trusted brands, Health Wright Products formulation and finish format capabilities will allow IFF to develop new and customize solutions and formats for a broad base of customers,” Simon Herriott, President IFF Health & Biosciences, tells NutritionInsight.
