FiberGel Technologies launches new Z-Trim(TM) line at IFT
The new line utilizes oat and soy for its ingredients, allowing the Company to market and sell its products with greater acceptance in Europe and Asia.
18/07/05 FiberGel Technologies, a subsidiary of Circle Group Holdings has launched its new non-GMO oat Z-Trim(TM) and soy Z-Trim(TM) at the IFT show in New Orleans. The new line utilizes oat and soy for its ingredients, allowing the Company to market and sell its products with greater acceptance in Europe and Asia. The new Z-Trim will be produced at the Company's production facility in Mundelein using separate production lines. The IFT show is the largest food ingredient show in the world. There will be over 14,000 people from food companies around the globe in attendance.
The IFT show and expo is organized annually by the Institute of Food Technologists, which was established in 1939 as a scientific and educational society. The show is for food scientists and related professionals, and this year will feature an estimated 1000 exhibitors, 1800 presentations, 55 symposia and 14,000 attendees.
FiberGel owns the worldwide rights to Z-Trim for all fields of use. Invented over many years by Outstanding Senior Research Scientist Dr. George Inglett at the United States Department of Agriculture, Z-Trim is protected by three issued U.S. and International patents with more than 30 additional patents pending. Currently made from corn and wheat, Z-Trim is a major breakthrough in the war on obesity that gives consumers the ability to lose weight without giving up the foods they love and eat more of what they want without fear of weight gain.
