It uses zinc to bond the turmeric-based oxidative stress remedy curcumin Tetrahydrocurcumin, a water-soluble metabolite known to “scavenge” free radicals. Free radicals are oxygen-containing molecules that can cause large chain chemical reactions – oxidation – in the body because they react easily with other molecules.
