L-Nutra revealed the results of a study, published in PubMed, which showed fasting mimicking diets (FMDs) may benefit chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) treatment by reducing leukemic lymphocytes without affecting normal cells. It showed mild anti-CLL effects from FMD alone and enhanced survival when combined with proteasome inhibitors. A Drexel University study explored the link between cannabis use and binge eating disorder, finding that over 23% of participants used cannabis recently. Although cannabis users reported more alcohol issues, they did not show worse eating disorder or depression symptoms.
